TP服务商是通过天猫国际资质审核,在B2C电商领域具有一定硬件和软件能力,为天猫国际海外商家提供其天猫国际店铺全部或部分的电子商务外包运营服务的第三方服务群体。
附天猫国际服务商定义:
1)开店主体和实际运营公司不属于同一家公司,该运营公司需要立刻完成服务商身份认证。先完成天猫运营服务商(新) 认证再完成天猫国际运营服务商(新)认证。
2)品牌方在中国的一级代理商,若在天猫国际或天猫有一家以上的店铺,该代理公司需要完成天猫国际经销类服务商身份认证。
3)天猫国际的专营店运营主体公司(中国公司)需要完成天猫国际服务商认证。请注意做服务商认证必须用中国公司来申请。

TP Requirements for new onboarding:
1) If the store entity and the operating entity are not the same company, then the operating company needs to become a certified TP.
2) If the operating entity is already servicing one or more stores on Tmall Global or Tmall, then the operating entity needs to become a certified TP.
3) If an operating entity (a Chinese company) is already operating Specialized Retail Stores on the platform, it must become a certified TP. Please also note that to in order to become a TMG certfied TP, the company must be a Chinese entity.
